CAIS is a rule-based adjudication engine for healthcare claims. Providers submit through a versioned REST API and receive a decision for every service line, with the reason stated — not a single approval or rejection for the whole claim. CAIS محرّك آلي لتدقيق المطالبات الطبية وفق قواعد مُعرّفة. يرسل مقدّم الرعاية المطالبة عبر واجهة برمجية REST مُصدَّرة، ويستلم قراراً لكل بند خدمة على حدة مع بيان السبب — لا قراراً واحداً للمطالبة بأكملها.
A rejection without a reason costs everyone a phone call. CAIS returns the rule that fired, the service it applied to, and the standard reason code — so the provider can correct and resubmit without a dispute. الرفض بلا سبب يكلّف الطرفين اتصالاً ومراجعة. تُعيد CAIS القاعدة التي طُبِّقت، والخدمة التي تأثرت، ورمز السبب المعياري — ليتمكن مقدّم الرعاية من التصحيح وإعادة الإرسال دون نزاع.
Decisions come from configured clinical and policy rules. The same claim always produces the same result, and every result can be traced to the rule that produced it. تصدر القرارات عن قواعد سريرية وتأمينية مُعرّفة مسبقاً. المطالبة نفسها تُنتج النتيجة نفسها دائماً، وكل نتيجة يمكن إرجاعها إلى القاعدة التي أنتجتها.
A claim is not approved or denied as a whole. Each service line is evaluated on its own and carries its own verdict and reason. لا تُقبل المطالبة أو تُرفض ككل. يُقيَّم كل بند خدمة على حدة ويحمل قراره وسببه الخاص.
Each provider subscribes to the rule definitions that apply to their contract. Rules can be activated, scheduled and expired without changing the platform. تشترك كل جهة في تعريفات القواعد المنطبقة على عقدها. يمكن تفعيل القواعد وجدولتها وإنهاؤها دون تغيير في المنصة.
Your system talks to ours over a versioned REST API. Thirteen rule definitions run against every claim. A provider subscribes to the ones their contract requires. ثلاث عشرة قاعدة تُطبَّق على كل مطالبة، وتشترك كل جهة في ما يقتضيه عقدها منها.
